Trika Yoga is an independent studio in the Southville area of Bristol.
We love our city, love the community we are in, and love sharing what we do with you all. We really simply aim to share practices that have helped us go through all the varied things in our lives, and how we have found yoga to immensely help with whatever that may be. We enjoy being able to support you in your journey with yoga, whether that may be for flexibility, strength, mindfulness, calmness, breathing space, fun… or all of the above!. We first opened our doors in December 2016. We put our heart and soul into making this a safe, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable to be yourself, to explore your yoga practice, to find your stress-relief, to rest, to meditate, to move. Since then it has indeed become that, and we are so thankful and humbled that you guys love it as much as we do.
We offer a varied range of classes on our schedule, and also host regular workshops, courses and retreats to our favourite nature filled places!
Let’s spend time doing things that nourish the mind, body, and community around us. We love sharing the practices that have helped us along our way, and hope you find enjoyment, kindness, peace and lots and lots of fun within it too.
