The foundations of Rachel’s yoga practice lay in Rocket, Dharma and Vinyasa yoga styles so it might be fair to say that she likes to get upside down! She teaches a playful class giving plenty of opportunity to explore the trickier poses in a safe space where it’s okay to have a laugh if you fall in a heap on the floor!

Rachel has a dedicated self-practice and shares workshops on this topic internationally. You can find Rachel at several of London’s best yoga studios if you wish to practice with her publicly.
