Forever a student, Chloë Faulkner is a yoga teacher and mindfulness advocate. Passionate about the art of living with awareness, of consciously moving, speaking and connecting to the world with kind and loving attention.
Chloë is an experienced yoga teacher and completed her advanced training under the guidance of Shiva Rea. She has studied with many wonderful teachers who have so generously shared their knowledge and experience and recently completed her level 1 iRest yoga nidra training under the guidance of James Reeves.
Chloë teaches mindful, fluid vinyasa flow classes inspired by Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa® methodology. Prana Vinyasa® is a creative, energetic and dynamic methodology of embodying the essence of yoga. Classes include flowing postures, creative sequencing, breath work and meditation that guide us deeper into the state of flow.
Chloë teaches regular classes in London and runs retreats internationally.
