Having studied at the internationally-renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Charlotte practices an integrated style of acupuncture encompassing both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element acupuncture. This allows her to focus on the whole person at all levels of body, mind and spirit.
Having trained for three and half years, she completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and has since done further training in gynaecology, fertility, trauma healing and emotional wellbeing. Charlotte is a full member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), the UK’s largest professional/regulatory body for the practice of traditional acupuncture and as such provide the best possible care, adhering to strict guidelines and a code of ethics. She carries full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance and is fully registered to carry out the practice of acupuncture.
Charlotte has long harboured an interest in healing and is also trained in Reiki, Tuina (Chinese massage) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Having an understanding of these different disciplines enables her to tailor treatment to meet the needs of each individual.
