Join Abi Adams and Rachel Dring for their third Mini City Retreat for a restorative and profound experience, giving you the space to nurture a deeper connection between mind, body, soul and season.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior the first experience.
9am – 10.30am – Movement Exploration practice with Abi Adams, inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine to encourage energy flow throughout the body.
10:30am – 11:00am – organic refreshments and food chat both served by the vege chef Rachel Dring.
11:00am – 12:30pm – Discussing and experiencing the ancient art of ritual for mental and emotionl wellbeing.
12:30pm – 1:30pm – lunch served by Rachel Dring
1:30pm – 2:30pm – Gong bath and Yin Yoga practice to welcome in the Autumn Equinox.
