Setting Intentions & Affirmations: A Mid Year Tune in with Yoga, Meditation and Intention Setting

Join Rebecca for a second intention setting workshop, to write out your personal and/or business-related intentions, affirmations and visions for the second half of 2019. Intentions can help you to create and attract what you desire, by going inward and focusing on what you want. Rather than judging what has (or hasn’t) happened since January, or seeing the next 6 months as a chance to be different, the focus will be on reconnecting to your values, visions, what you want and how you want to feel for the second half of the year.

This workshop will include pranayama, a grounding all-level vinyasa flow and meditation to settle into the body, quiet the mind and go inwards. There will then be a guided journaling practice to reflect on the first half of the year and to form affirmations, intentions and a heart-centered plan for the second half of 2019. There will be a focus on letting go of limiting beliefs and tuning into how you want the next 6 months to feel, as well as what you might want to achieve. Intentions can be personal, professional or (ideally!) both and this workshop is also great for freelancers, creatives and soloprenuers. All welcome!
