So many of us want to speak up for what we believe in, to take positive action in a sometimes confusing, frightening world, but aligning our inner self and outer life can prove challenging.
In this workshop, we will connect with the body through a yoga asana practice (no experience necessary), and move into a piece of creative work to vision what taking meaningful action on things we care about could look and feel like. We will have time for supportive group discussion and closing.
This afternoon is an open intro to Yoga in Action approach which is grounded in yoga philosophy and uses professional leadership tools in a process designed to help you refine your purpose and create meaningful actions to bring it to life in the world
