Women have been gathering in circles throughout history to tell stories, hold sacred space, and share feminine wisdom and companionship. Our power and wisdom lies in collaboration and our connection to the inner wild self. True intuition comes from within, and within is what we will explore.
Kindred Circle is a space for women to explore deep ideas and questions, to hold conversations for self-enquiry. We will explore our connection to the Self by asking thoughtful questions, sharing our stories and listening deeply. Inspired by the Chakras, the first one will explore the idea of ‘Roots’.
What to expect:
Once everyone is settled in and phones are off, we will begin with an introduction and a ritual to welcome you in. We will explore a few prompts or questions inspired by the Root Chakra and how this translates in our lives. The conversation will be guided by prompts but led by whatever comes up in the circle from your stories. Each of us will get a chance to share our thoughts and stories. You don’t have to if you’re not feeling up for it. Simply listening and absorbing is fine too. There will be herbal teas, snacks and chocolate while we chat. Towards the end I will introduce some herbs and essential oils, which could help you feel grounded and balance the root chakra. The circle will then close with another ritual. This circle is a space for exploring our self-connection through deep conversations, interesting introspective questions and sharing our experiences.
Mugdha began Kindred + Wild with a vision to inspire a reconnection with nature. But as she found herself on a journey towards feminine wisdom, the purpose of Kindred + Wild began to be shift deeper too. Mugdha has a certain fearlessness of self-enquiry and is currently discovering the realm of wild feminine. The self-knowledge and empowerment that comes with such introspection is what she would like to share with others in the circle helping them to feel kindred to their inner wild.
