A Soulful creative Qi flow which has been designed by Zahra - that will combine elements of Qi-gong and Yin Yoga.  Qi is life force flowing through your body Qi flows through meridians channelling along those meridians.  We will focus on doing various Yin postures which we will hold for a minimum of 3-5 mins.
