A Soulful creative Qi flow which has been designed by Zahra – that will combine elements of Qi-gong and Yin Yoga.
Qi is life force flowing through your body Qi flows through meridians channelling along those meridians.
We will focus on doing various Yin postures which we will hold for a minimum of 3-5 mins.
Yin Yoga activates the body’s rest and digest response, which lowers your heart rate, increases circulation, and stabilizes breathing for better relaxation.
Perennial poses—Seasonal sequences let you tailor your yoga practice to the time of year.
Mind and body—The long holds and contemplative nature of yin yoga are also great training for meditation practice.
