If this is how you feel about your body, health and exercise, you’re not alone. So many women have reported they don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to exercise and they don’t trust their bodies, which is why maintaining their health is so hard. This is why I have created this six-week course: to give you the tools you need to empower your body by understanding how your menstrual cycle impacts every phase of your life and what you can do to create a fulfilling relationship with your body and life. Using my 20 years of study and from supporting other great women like you, I will support you in upgrading the way you exercise and the way you feel about your body. We will meet up on Zoom each week where you will:
The six weeks will look like:
Week 1 – Welcome & Intro Session
Week 2 – Inner Winter/Menstruation
Week 3 – Inner Spring/Follicular
Week 4 – Inner Summer/Ovulation
Week 5 – Inner Autumn/Luteal
Weeks 2 – 4 will look into each phase in-depth as described above.
Week 6 – Reflect & Assess
We’ll go through everything again, ironing out any obstacles, questions and uncertainties. Expect a dance to a great tune to bring us to an exciting finish (there will be great music played throughout the course where you’ll receive the playlist).
Requirements for this course are that you have a body you want to feel at home in, inspired by and to dance with every day.
The course starts on the 27th of July.
