Our bodies can make us feel emotional, overwhelmed and undervalued at times, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Come and join me and some great women (with an inspirational DJ to set the mood) as we spend the evening moving our bodies, having fun, dancing into a sweat, loving ourselves and changing the script.
You’ll go home feeling confident, energised and empowered by your body, and with an understanding of how your menstrual cycle can create a fun, healthy exercise lifestyle bespoke to you.

The evening starts at 6:30pm with canapes and drinks, a welcome speech from leading Wellness coach, Tiffany Rowlands, followed by movement and talks from Abi, ending with a Q&A (and more dancing if needed).
This event is open to all who identify as women. Ticket price includes a drink and canapes.
