A change is as good as a rest! In this Health, Healing & Harmony August workshop we’ll explore and learn ways to practices yoga with a partner from yin and yang yoga to pranayama techniques in the first half. The second part of the session, you’ll learn simple and effective Thai yoga massage techniques so you can give and receive care and connection with friends, family and loved ones.
These are multidimensional workshop that encompasses :Yin, Yang, breath (Pranayama) and Thai Yoga massage techniques which you can practice with a partner.
The 3hr Immersive practice offers several relaxing, energising and therapeutic practices in yoga: Going in with Yin: for safe stretch working in pairs to not only release habitual tension followed by an energising slow flow practice but also an opportunity to enhance relationships and strengthen bonds on the magic mat .
This 3hr urban mini-retreat will leave you blissful relaxed, re-balanced and completely rejuvenated and more connected with yourself and others..
