In this December Serene Sunday Series of workshops: we’ll explore and learn different ways to practices yoga with a partner from yin and yang yoga to pranayama (breathing) techniques to calm and connect with one another Followed by the second part consists of learning and practising on your partner simple and effective Thai yoga massage techniques so you can give and receive care and connection with friends, family and loved ones.
