A brief history of Dien Chan to honour the creators of this unique multirefelxology treatment followed by a settling into ourselves in the current moment with a guided meditation. We will then work together on points and maps to deepen our breath, calm the mind, balance the heart rhythm and reduce tensions in our muscles. Explore emotions, repetitive motions, where tensions are held and more as we explore the interconnectedness of our inner world to our outer world.
