Breathwork is a powerful way to reset your nervous system and clear stress. Through conscious engagement with the breath, we can influence our mind, emotions and body in therapeutic and healing ways.
Breathwork is commonly used to enhance self-awareness, boost immunity, process emotions, heal emotional pain and trauma, enirch creativity, improve personal and professional relationships, increase self-esteem, overcome addictions, reduce stress and anxiety, and release negative thoughts.
In these monthly sessions, Kat Golia guides us lovingly through the practice of breathwork in an intimate setting. All sessions are live, guided and supported over Zoom, with space to ask questions on your practice at the end of the session.
