Who is Neil Seligman?
Neil Seligman is the Author of 100 Mindfulness Meditations and Conscious Leadership and the Founder of The Conscious Professional. As a sought after mindfulness expert, Neil has worked with global firms such as Netflix, Accenture, RBS and Warner Brothers and has been featured by the BBC, The Sunday Times, Psychologies, OmYoga, Soul & Spirit, and many more. Neil has taught at events, retreats, and for companies around the world, recently speaking for corporate clients in Asia, on the main stage at The Mindful Living Show in London, and offering a keynote at the Mindfulness India Summit in Mumbai.
Do I need to have or bring anything special for the class?
No – come as you are. Dress comfortably and set yourself up somewhere quiet and comfortable.
You might like to bring a blanket, a hot drink, or some water. Some like to journal also.
You can sit or lie down for the mindfulness practices.
You will not be visible to the others in the class unless you wish.
