Many people suffer from feelings of stress and constant anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. In this half-day workshop, the talented Chelvi will explore and guide you through mindfulness methods and meditations that will help you to become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
