Yoga and mobility are coming together in this mindful all-level flow hosted online.
We would begin with learning the aspects of yoga and mobility, what differentiate those two forms and makes the union of both so beneficial for body and mind.
We will be learning breathing patterns essential for any forms of exercise from yoga, mobility, basic martial arts warm-ups, and tips on how to become a long-distance performer. We will be practising to incorporate breath into each movement learning the most important principle of living, make the movement follow the breath not a breath chasing the movement.
