As the nights draw in, come and join together in an evening meditation designed to ground and build resilience during these ever-changing times.
Our meditation mentor, Catherine will be guiding the session which begins with deep relaxation of the body, and simple yet powerful breathwork to begin to calm and soothe the mind. We’ll then build sensory awareness to help us discover our natural meditative state, a somatic experience which takes us out of our heads and beyond surface-level thoughts.
Expect to leave feeling relaxed, revitalised, at peace and perhaps with new inspiration and insight.
Catherine’s 20+ year journey with yogic practices began while she was writing/styling/editing glossy magazines such as Marie Claire, Psychologies, Porter and Conde Nast Traveller.
She experienced such deep benefits physically, mentally and emotionally, she began taking periods of time out to learn and absorb more on her travels to India, Bali and Thailand. Along the way, she has met many teachers and gurus, lived in a remote Himalayan ashram and found deep stillness in silent retreats.
She loves sharing techniques she has learned with of students of all levels, from all walks of life and is renowned for her warm and inclusive approach.
