In this event, we discuss the benefits of fermented foods, as well as enjoying a 5-course meal with fermented foods in every course. We will taste the different brands of fermented foods on the market and discuss the difference in flavours and potency. Kate will demo all the recipes, including sauerkraut-making, so you get a chance to see how it’s all done as well as experiencing a mind-blowingly delicious meal.
