Once we begin to understand where they are working within us, we can purify ourselves, restore balance to our inner life and discover our deepest nature.

Rebecca is a certified yoga, meditation and spiritual practitioner. Her offerings incorporate movement, meditation and spiritual exploration – fusing western and ancient techniques, grounded in love, presence and connection. Her yogic journey began over 10 years ago whilst leading cult title IDOL Magazine as EIC and creative director.
In 2018 Rebecca took a hiatus from the world of fashion to focus on spiritual healing. She has since been certified in Spiritual Leadership, Mentorship, Reiki and Yoga, and spends time away from projects creating soulful spaces for individuals and groups to share openly, explore curiously and transform deeply.
