This workshop will explore finding a sense of ease, lightness, and liberation in your practice. We’ll be focusing on postures which encourage expansion and length in the body and the breath. Expect to flow and play with inversions.
We’ll be using a range of therapeutic grade essential oils to support our practice, focusing on energising citrus oils, and finish up with a guided meditation.
